Director
Publo's extensive experience as Director and CEO of international and local MNCs and listed companies across a variety of industries is a real asset to our clients. He has worked in areas related to Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Insurance, Property, Education, Health and Wellness, and Timesharing. Publo graduated in Business Administration from the University of Central Lancashire (UK) and an MBA (International Management) from RMIT University, Australia. His professional qualifications include being a Licensed Company Secretary (Companies Commission of Malaysia); a Fellow of the Institute of Financial Accountants (UK); Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants (Australia); and a HRDF certified trainer.

JUDITH LIM

Manager –Finance and Accounting
Judith currently holds an ACCA Accounting qualification (Professional level). Besides overseeing the Finance, Accounting and Payroll division, Judith is involved in special project assignments on accounting that includes business process outsourcing, inter-company reconciliation and business specific reconciliation. Judith is an important liaison between the company, clients and associates in terms of accounting matters to ensure accurate record keeping and regulatory compliance.

DEBORAH SHARMINI BENJAMIN

Assistant Company Secretary
Deborah obtained her LL.B (Hons) Degree from University of London in 2017 and completed the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme (ICSA) from Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (MAICSA) in 2020. With strong leadership, meticulous multitasking, and excellent communication skills, Deborah has proven to be a highly efficient and performance- driven team member who contributes consistently to deliver high standard corporate and secretarial services for our clients.

SOO YING YING

Secretarial Assistant
Ying Ying graduated with a Bachelor of Corporate Administration Degree and is currently pursuing her ICSA qualification. Her main responsibility is to handle the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for clients. Her role is vital to ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements by both the company and clients. She also provides valuable assistance to key Clients and administrators in handling clients’ portfolio, including board meetings, liaising with auditors, tax agents and government agencies.

LIAU CHIEW SIAN

Accounts Executive
Chew Sian graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B. Hons) Degree from University of London and is currently pursuing the ACCA Accounting qualification. She is involved in special projects assignments with GLCs and intercompany transactions besides being responsible for preparing full set of management accounts and reconciliations while ensuring effective statutory and regulatory compliance in reporting. She also demonstrates strong leadership in leading and managing interns and onboarding junior staff.

LAI CHING AI

Account Executive
Cheng Ai graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Hons) Accounting Degree and is currently pursuing her Professional level of ACCA Accounting qualification. She is responsible for preparing full set of accounts and a full spectrum of financial and management account reports as well as liaising with external auditors and tax agents.

GOO HOW YEE

Account Executive
How Yee has earned a Diploma in Accounting and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management (Finance). She is involved in preparation of full set of accounts and ensuring compliance to internal processes. As a team player, Goo provides excellent and reliable support to the senior management members.

PENNY CHUNG YIN PEI

Account Executive
Penny has earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management (Finance). She is involved in preparation of full set of accounts, bank reconciliations, maintaining Accounts payable and receivable. As a team player, Penny provides excellent and reliable support to both the outsourcing and commercial lines and is experienced with SQL, MYOB and Microsoft Dynamic NAV System.
